Using this website

These terms cover the website operated for Smurfs Motorcycle Garage INC. in Dallas, Texas. The website provides information about the shop, accepts service and appointment requests, and lets customers view invoices and receive deposit requests.

Provide accurate information and contact details that you are authorized to use. Do not submit unlawful or abusive material, impersonate another person, interfere with the site, or attempt to access someone else’s records.

Appointments and service requests

Submitting a form requests a response from the shop. A requested date is not a confirmed appointment until the shop confirms it. Contact the shop if you need to change or cancel an appointment.

Work, parts, pricing, timing, and any changes to a job must be agreed with the shop. A website inquiry does not by itself authorize repairs or additional charges. Ask the shop for the applicable written estimate and service authorization before work begins.

Repair-specific conditions, including parts supplied by the customer, outsourced work, warranties, cancellation terms, and refunds, belong in the applicable shop agreement. These website terms do not replace that agreement or reduce your rights under applicable law.

Invoices, deposits, and payments

Review the customer details, work descriptions, parts, labor, discounts, deposits, payments, and balance shown on your invoice. Contact the shop promptly if something is incorrect or a payment has not been reflected.

A deposit request asks for payment; it is not a receipt or proof that money has been received. Review the deposit conditions shown on the request and agreed with the shop before paying. A deposit affects an invoice’s balance when it has been recorded and applied to that invoice.

Online payment processing is not available on this website. A payment page marked “TBD” does not collect or process a payment. Arrange payment directly with the shop, and do not enter card numbers or bank credentials in request forms or messages.

Email and text messages

The shop may use the contact information you provide to respond to your request and send appointment updates, invoices, or deposit requests. A service request does not enroll you in marketing messages. Contact the shop to correct your details or discuss another way to receive updates.

Authorized staff may connect a Gmail account to send shop emails through Google. Customers receiving those emails do not need to connect a Google account. The staff connection requests account identification and permission to send email; it does not request access to read the inbox. Staff can disconnect the account through Email setup.

Email and text delivery can be delayed or filtered. Contact the shop if an expected message does not arrive or you need clarification about a time-sensitive request.

Private links and office access

An invoice link gives anyone who has it access to that invoice. Share it only with people authorized to view it, and contact the shop if a link reaches the wrong person. Office pages and controls are reserved for authorized staff.

The shop may restrict access to protect customer information, prevent misuse, or maintain the site. Contact the shop if you need a copy of your own records or believe access was restricted in error.

Website availability and other services

The website may be temporarily unavailable or contain an error. Confirm important service, scheduling, and billing details directly with the shop. Website photos and service descriptions do not guarantee a particular result for your motorcycle.

Links to Instagram, maps, Google, and other third-party services lead to services with their own terms and privacy practices.

Privacy and updates

The Privacy policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, and shared, including information involved in the staff Gmail connection.

Updates to these website terms will appear here with a revised effective date. Changes do not retroactively alter a previously agreed service authorization, payment obligation, or your rights under applicable law.
