We use the information you share to respond to your request and look after your bike.

Information this site collects
When you request an appointment or quote, we collect the contact information you provide, your bike’s details, the requested service and date, and your message. Shop records may also include appointments, invoices, deposit requests, amounts paid, payment methods, and receipt references entered by the shop.
Do not put card numbers, banking credentials, or sensitive personal information in a message or reference field. Online payment processing is not enabled; the payment page is a placeholder.
How the information is used
Smurfs Motorcycle Garage INC. uses these details to answer questions, arrange and carry out services, provide invoices and deposit requests, keep payment and business records, and protect the site. The shop may contact you at the email address or phone number you supply about your request or work. Submitting a service request is not a subscription to marketing messages.
Service providers and shared links
Site hosting, storage, security, and communication providers may process information needed to operate these services. Site access and hosting are provided through OpenAI Sites. When an authorized staff member connects Gmail, invoice and deposit emails are sent through Google’s Gmail API. Google processes the recipient address and message to provide delivery. The office keeps a record of the send attempt and its result. Text messages still open the staff member’s phone application.
Customer invoice links contain a private access token. Anyone with the link and any required site access can view that invoice. Keep your link private and contact the shop if it is shared with the wrong person. This site does not include advertising trackers or tools for selling personal information.
Retention and security
Records are retained for as long as needed to provide services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet applicable obligations. Office access is restricted to authorized staff. Gmail authorization credentials are encrypted on the server. Staff can disconnect Gmail in Email setup to stop further sending. No internet service can promise absolute security.
Your choices and requests
You can ask the shop to access, correct, or delete your information, or to explain how it is used. Applicable privacy rights depend on your circumstances. We may need to verify your identity, and some records may need to be retained for legal or business obligations.
